Easy to use and staff were very friendly. Load a card at the wall machine and use card to pay for detergent boxes and machines. Clothes came out fresh and dried quickly. Our dryer store working. After buying a new one we found the wall outlet was broken. So once that was fixed or new dryer turns on but won't get hot. So another week before that gets fixed. I had 4 loads of clothes piled up. Still waiting on repair but in the meantime I know I can always load up my card and come here to do a quick clean and dry. They also have the 8 load washers for comforters or if you have a giant pile like I had.
