Q:Do You Close During Inclement Weather?

We are open year-round and have heaters in the bay for cold weather and fans in the bay for hot weather. T-Shotz will only close due to extreme weather emergencies, and we have adjusted winter hours. Please visit our website for our hours of operation or google listing site.

Was there yesterday, 2-20-21,30+ deg... they are open and heaters are on, but don't expect them to keep you warm, even with jacket/stocking hat.

Q:What are the Covid safety practices like here?

Mask must be worn at all times, unless you're eating or drinking. Temperature checks upon entry. All surfaces and equipment are sterilized after use. Lanes are separated by plexiglass and 6ft apart or more.

Q:Some time back, the bar quit serving Miller Lite and Bud Light draft beer. Is that policy still in place and if so are there any plans to bring those two beers back to the bar?
I have been a Titanium member since it has opened. Plan to continue being a member going forward.
I only had one bad experience which about a year or so ago and I stopped coming to the facility due to this issue.
I was in on a Saturday and surprisingly discovered Saturday was now a “peak time”. I was never notified of this change and actually had issue as this change impacted my benefits from the time I purchased the “titanium membership of $1,700.00 per year). My daughter went forward and paid for our visit but I wanted to convey my opinion and concern over this new surprise of change to mom peak hours to now peak hours. I went to front desk and asked to speak with a manager. Instead of “a” manager coming to speak with me at minimal 4 other employees (not sure if management) surrounded me as I began to discuss my concerns. Bottom line I just tried to pass my concern that changing non peak hours is reducing my benefit from my original purchase that year with no notice. He claimed he sent an email, I asked him to please print this out he stated he could not do this. What happened from here was he clearly stated if I don’t want to pay my pay he can just call the police. I tried to explain our bill has already been paid all I wanted to do was get explanation to this change and get acknowledgement that this changes my benefits, all he kept saying is he has a right to run this business and if I don’t want to pay he will call the police. I finally stated to him as clear as I could - I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE BILL, if you want to call the police you are free to do so I have not broken any law. Finally after a few minutes of going back and forth; I walked out, he kept making smart comments like “ have a nice day, and happy new year” in a very sarcastic tone. I held back from coming back for months and finally went back in and found he no longer was there, so I’ve been coming back and since then even renewed my membership.
