FAQs

Q: What are the benefits of a House Water Purification System?

A:

Hi Dorothy. We appreciate you reaching out to us. Our whole house system is connected to the homes water main and is first point of contact. Once the tap water goes through our system it's purified water through out your home from any faucet opened. In addition, since our systems remove all chemicals and impurities, it makes a big difference on your skin and hair. Lastly, we use a media called Filtersorb SP3 to prevent and remove scale build up. This helps extend the life of your appliances and pipes within a home. A healthier lifestyle and the peace of mind knowing your water is safe and great quality to drink. Best Regards, Aquacubed

Q: Can a Whole Home Water Filtration System improve water pressure?

A:

Hi Melvin. The water pressure of a home will remain the same. In most cases, the water main is connected to a pressure regulator which controls the water pressure of a home. It's usually set at a certain PSI, that can be adjusted higher or lower if working correct. What a system can improve is the longevity of your pipes, faucets, and appliances. Best Regards, Aquacubed

I can’t say enough good things about Aqua Cubed! Tech Anthony was fantastic—super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful every step of the way. And it’s clear that owner Oscar Espinoza runs his business with integrity and heart, always putting people over profit. That kind of character shines through the entire experience. Love this company and highly recommend them!

Prior to installation, Oscar worked through most of the details in advance, which made the day-of process smooth and straightforward. The installer arrived on time and took great care to make the installation as clean and unobtrusive as possible. He walked me through how the system works, how to use it day to day, and what to expect over time. After using the Aquacubed system for about a week, the whole family is very happy with both the quality of the installation and the noticeable improvement in our water.

We got the Aquacubed system a few weeks ago after shopping around. We compared it with LifeSource, Puragain, and Halo. The LifeSource salesperson was very nice and knowledgeable but the system is very expensive (over $8000), uses large tanks, and also requires electricity. The filters are very costly. But it is an established, locally owned business. Puragain is a smaller system and more modest (almost $6000) and has a smaller tank system. The filters are more modest but the sales process made me feel like I was at a car dealership. I heard about Aquacubed and Oscar came to explain his system. He doesn't have the slick promo videos and materials, but he earned our trust. Although it's a relatively new company (and no BBB registration), we felt that Oscar truly believes in his product and we wanted to give him our business. Also, the cost of the system ($4900) is reasonable. The Aquacubed system has 4 tanks in a patented frame. Whereas the others wanted to put the system on the side of the house (where it would block our walkway), Oscar told us he could put the system behind some plants where they would not be readily noticeable. The cost of the filters is reasonable and he told us that we could purchase them directly from the manufacturer if we wish. (We don't want to, but it's an option.) We also like the reverse osmosis filter because it is tankless and takes up less space under the sink. Oscar also found that our regulator needed replacement, and he offered to replace it at cost (free labor). The day of installation, Anthony, the technician did a great job and explained everything. He installed it so the lawn sprinklers do not go through the water system, and also put in a bypass so we can have the water bypass the water system if needed. All of our taps now have clean, softer water. Our kid has eczema and sensitive skin, and the softer water really helps. The RO tap has clean, tasty alkaline water on demand as well. We are happy that we went with Oscar and Aquacubed. If you are considering a whole house water system, do give them a chance!
